Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Anna. I'm a Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I run an online nutrition coaching program for women, helping them change their bodies and their lives from a place of love.
What I noticed was that 80%-90% of the women coming to see me for weight loss advice were presenting with digestive imbalances, not to mention other associated symptoms such as skin conditions, female hormone imbalances and auto-immunity.
I was advising almost all of my clients to reset their digestive systems at some point while we worked together and the feedback was amazing.
I had clients who had suffered with unresolved IBS, skin conditions and acid reflux for years reporting amazing digestion, clear skin, loads of energy and flatter bellies.
I wanted to create something so that more women could have access to these results. So that more women could feel empowered to take ownership of their health and not have to suffer and feel ashamed of embarassing bowel habits.

  • When I purchase the gut reset how will it be delivered to me?  The Gut Reset is a digital product that will be sent to you in PDF form. When you purchase the program, you will be able to access the program from the Order Confirmation page. You'll also be sent an email with an access link to Gut Reset Program. Once you click your access link, you will be able to view the content in your browser and you will have the option to download it to your computer.
  • Can I do this while pregnant? This program cannot replace the guidance of your medical professional or health care provider. I always recommended checking with your doctor before making any changes to your diet and lifestyle. That being said, it may be safe to eliminate certain foods from your diet provided you are not at risk of micronutrient deficiencies and your calorie consumption remains adequate. The Gut Reset emphasizes whole and unprocessed food. 
  • I have done a paleo / whole 30 / elimination diet before, how is this different? The gut reset is based on the "5-R Approach" which stands for Remove, Replace, Reincoluate, Repair and Rebalance.  Often when indiviudals have done any of these previous diets they have done the "Remove" phase but not adequately addressed the remaining 4 "R"s. Ideally we want to do all "R"'s together to ensure the greatest possibility of rebalancing and restoring gut membrane integrity. 
  • Are the supplements recommend safe? This program cannot replace the guidance of your medical professional or health care provider. I always recommended checking with your doctor before making any changes to your diet and lifestyle. Supplements can interact with medications so it is important that you work with a health care professional to advise on any potential interactions.
  • Do I have to follow the meal plans and recipes? The meal plans and recipes are provided as support and as a guide to help with overwhelm and paralysis by analysis. However, it can actually be less overwhelming to take what you already do and how you already eat and adjust it to fit the gut reset food guidelines. You do not need to reinvent the wheel. You probably are already doing some things well in your diet. It is taking those things and applying with consistency. 
  • What support do I get? The Gut Reset is a stand alone PDF program. There will be a support group available for those wanting to participate in the reset starting on the 8th of January. This will allow you access to a Facebook Group to receive support and share ideas with women on a similar journey. Anna will answer questions once a week via live video. 
  • What If I am not able to start on the 8th of January? You can follow the gut reset at any time. The support group where Anna will be available to ask questions will be available for 6 weeks starting from the 8th of January. 
  • Is the reset suitable if I am vegan or vegetarian? Anyone can do a gut reset, however following a vegetarian or vegan diet may make it more challenging in some cases where beans, pulses, grains and some vegetables may need to be excluded. The gut reset ebook is not written to cater for a vegan or vegetarian diet. Most of the recipes will include poultry and fish. 
  • What results can I expect? Everyone is different and therefore results may vary. Most clients notice a reduction in bloating and gas, increased energy, improved skin, more regular bowl habits, a reduction in pre-menstrual symptoms and reduced belly fat and weight loss. If you are suffering from a diagnosed digestive disorder such as but not limited Crohn's Disease, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) or Colitis, the 5 "R" approach covered in the reset may be supportive of your symptoms.
